So I'm writing up an amendment that would merely formalize the dissolution process---we're not actually voting on dissolution yet.

Does this seem adequate?

Fine with me.

I support this, but perhaps we should have some sort of quorom?

I'd say an absolute majority of the party's members should express support for dissolution in order for this to be effective.

And the average is 32. Tongue

40% still seems like a good compromise to me.

That's fine with me.

Alright... a bylaw needs three signatures to be voted upon.

With 11 ayes, 2 nays, and 1 abstention, the bylaw amendment has passed.

That will probably wrap up this month's convention. Atlasia tends to grind to a halt during the Holidays. The RPP seems to be maintaining their silence on the duel-dissolution idea... We may just have to go ahead and vote on it, and maybe give the RPP a 30 day period to vote on dissolution if ours is to actually take effect. Hopefully that would get things going over there. Smiley

Any feelings on when we should vote?

Early January should be fine.
