Again, again, again, it should be made more clear as to what is meant by 'best'. Under one sense of the term it is quite absurd to choose, say, Johnson over Feingold (just as absurd as it would be to choose, say, Al Gore Jr. over Howard Baker), but under another it is perfectly reasonable.

Oh, and Feingold.
