David Duke to be deported

I'm always wondering in these holocaust denial cases if other forms of denial are similarly prosecuted.  If Duke was arguing that there was no government induced famine in the Ukraine for instance, in the 1930's, would that have gotten him deported as well?  To my knowledge I've never heard of similar prosecution for other cases.
