Been trying to find this but no luck. I know there are precincts in gold coast CT, NOVA, Richmond suburbs, that swung 60 points left from 2012 to 2020. I'm sure there are others too.

Other than those you mentioned, I certainly expect some of the top 10 to be in Atlanta metro area and probably DFW metropolex.

Probably a tiny precinct with a single R voter in 2012 by statistical error and then a couple D voters in 2020. That’s not the exciting answer but I’m sure there are a few.

That's probably factually accurate, but almost certainly the OP was thinking more in terms of precincts with decent populations.
