I think that Kaepernick could become quite competitive in Oklahoma County so that West Virginia will probably remain the only GOP-swept state.
WV actually has Monongolia County, which backed Trump quite narrowly. It'd certainly vote for Kapernaick over Hitler. So each state would certainly have at least one Kapernaick county (and in practice, probably more than one - I expect in WV, aside from Monongolia, we'll see Kanawha vote for Kapernaick, for example).
