Whenever the issue gets shifted from Roe v. Wade to consistent life. Of course if someone like Kaine or Casey were nominated that would be different. But I suspect that we'll see a Hispanic Democrat who is center/center-right on abortion and more about the Culture of Life than just abortion. Just a hunch.
