What’s the most likely outcome as of now?
Manslaughter for sure. 3rd degree is also very likely. It's actually the second degree charge that I think appears to be the hardest to prove.

I'm no expect btw.

What is the threshold needed for conviction? Is it unanimity? Simple majority? Something in between?
Does Ramos v. Louisiana apply here?
