Chow's almost 3% ahead with a bit over 100 precincts left to count. She probably has this.

Looks likely, but one of the takeaways should still be to always trust the polls which weight by education.

Chow's looking to end up right where the polls pegged her at. Could be that there was a lot of late movement for Bailão. The powers that be in Toronto sure tried to make it happen.
