Deputy Secretary of HHS doesn't seem like a springboard to the presidency, so I'm assuming Beccera resigned or was fired for some reason, making her the Secretary, and she somehow single-handedly 'fixed/ended/cured' COVID19, leading to her winning the Democratic nomination and the presidency by a decent margin.


How about Katie Blair (Miss Teen USA in 2006)?

She runs Independent, as the Democratic and Republican Parties nominate Harvey Weinstein and David Duke. With the nominees proven to have both been serial killers, Blair wins.

After Biden decides against running for reelection, Lamb pulls a shock upset against Harris in the Democratic Primary, since Harris can't effectively run a good campaign. Trump wins the GOP Nomination, but after his brain had turned into fried jelly after 1/6 and being banned from Twitter, causing Lamb to win and be inaugurated.

After Duckworth is revealed to be William Jefferson levels of corrupt, Kinzinger gets the GOP nomination and wins riding off of the scandal, his more moderate image, and the red wave, similar to IL-Senate 2010. Due to Trump not running and refusing to endorse in a field consisting of every Trumpist imaginable, Kinzinger barely wins the nomination. After a recession, Kinzinger defeats Biden and is inaugurated.

Because he can, Trump picks Ronald McDonald as his VP choice. Trump does this for the memes, he likes clowns, and McDonald's sponsors Trump's candidacy. After Trump dies saving 100 children from a fire, McDonald with the sympathy vote wins in a landslide, and is inaugurated.

After getting Trump's endorsement for the primary in 2024, along with her competition running terrible campaigns, MTG wins the nomination. Biden doesn't run for reelection, and Harris resigns after corruption charges. Somehow, Anthony Weiner gets the nomination after literally no-one except Vermin Supreme runs in the primary, but puts Supreme on the ticket after a deadlocked convention. MTG wins decisively and is inaugurated.

Tenney wins in the New York Senate Race for 2022 after it is revealed that Schumer sexual assaulted women for his entire career. Due to her unseating the opposition's leader in the Senate, Trump endorses her, since he has health issues and cannot run himself. With Biden retiring and Harris running an atrocious campaign, Tenney narrowly wins and is inaugurated.

Due to Newsom having some major scandal and just being unlikable, Ventura wins the nomination. Somehow, MTG wins the GOP Nomination with the blessing of Trump. She campaigns on being a 9/11 and Vaccine Truther, which causes Ventura to win and be inaugurated.

Tate also focuses his campaign on environmental issues, albeit on a different point of view, let's just say. The campaign is essentially a gender war as TopG tries to retake America for male kind, as he spreads rhetoric of male dominance over women, where mass riots between the two groups break out. As election day comes to a close, it's clear Tate wins by a Trump 2016 esque map, as he's innaugurated on January 20th.
