I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but there's a clear divide between Oz's primary attack ad and Fetterman's primary attack ad.

Oz's (the notorious "1/3" ad) is your boilerplate scary music, blue-filtered, "John Fetterman wants to [insert negative here]. 

Fetterman's is him in a hoodie, just talking like a normal guy.  "My opponent [blah blah] New Jersey.  Really? Is that what we want representing our state?" I'll also note that I don't think I've seen a single Oz ad where he speaks directly to the voters. 

Fetterman has a unique gift to turn any Oz misstep- or even normal action- into an attack that resonates with voters. Like when Oz wore pants and Fetterman did the 'Zenga Fabrics' thing.

Tbf that's very anecdotal and registration can lag very heavily. A lot of rural ultra-Trump counties in Appalachia are still majority registered Ds. And no matter what there are bound to be a handful of Biden-Oz or Trump-Fetterman voters out there.

I mean not all Trump voters are lost causes. Casey and Wolf showed enough of them are willing to vote downballot D to win, even post Trump. Obviously less now, but I can't imagine polarization sweeping an entire 12% of the 2018 electorate away.

Given Fetterman's clear health issues, I kind of wish we had nominated Lamb or Kenyatta.

Either of them would also be destroying Oz, and we wouldn't be running the risk of an incumbent dying halfway through a term and a Governor Mastriano appointing his replacement.

If Fetterman wins, Mastriano ain't winning.  The two outcomes are not independent.

I'll disagree with you, if only because Mastriano is running a competent campaign and Oz isn't even trying to run a competent campaign. Based on that alone, I could see a split decision in Pennsylvania.

Oz is the Christine o'donnell of this election cycle and in the end, I just think he is a bad candidate who is going to lose even at a time when the political environment is favorable to Republican just as Christine o'donnell did in 2010....

Plus, unlike o'donnell OZ has the misfortune of running at the same time Doug mastriano became the Republican nominee for governor lol

Doug mastriano poll numbers are almost as bad as OZ himself and even if Oz suddenly starts doing better in the next few months he is still going to be dragged down by Mastriano...

I think he's more like Sharon Angle. He defeated the slightly-less-outrageous candidate in a swing state and lost a race that could have been won.
