is a bunch of hype. If he wins Florida governor 2022, he can't run for President. If he loses in 2022, that'll be a pretty bad mark on him and he won't make it past the primaries.

He's not losing.

Which means he'll abandon his governorship to run for president? Sounds unlikely. If he runs, it'll be 2028 or 2032. The guy's only 40 years old, he has time.

He's not losing.

Isn't he term-limited in 2026 anyway? I mean, he doesn't have to abandon his governorship. Governors run for president all the time, and if they don't get the nomination or the presidency, they just go back to running their state.

Fair point. I still don't see it as likely but you're right, technically, it's possible.
