Roe V. Wade was overturned in 1992, technically, but if you’re asking if SCOTUS will overturn the legal right to abortion, the answer is no.

Technically, that's inaccurate — Casey modified certain aspects of Roe while leaving the core holding intact. The Court explicitly said that "the validity of Roe's central holding" stands.

I suppose “partially overturned” would have been a more accurate phrasing.
