"And these hispanics that have been staying home for many cycles finally did turnout big - but - shocker - they didn't vote 100% dem"
Quote from Wulfric on Disc, I think it's more accurate in ways than I could have put it myself.
>although ga and az have flipped for the first time in a long time
>they still voted to the right of pa, wi, mi, mn
when many predicted that would have changed by 2020
that's news to me!
...
here you go, honestly:
anyway team trump made poor strategic decisions in this election
which i’m sure cost them the campaign
they didn’t believe the polls in 2016 so they went campaigning in the umw
but for whatever reason they bought into the public numbers this time around and stayed away instead
pulled out of wi, mi, gave up on mn, largely stayed away from pa even
and instead erratically went around targeting nm, nv, etc
while spending way too much (i believe most) of their time working to shore up tx, ga, fl, oh, ia, az
even though it was undeniably clear that his only shot was a major error and polling failure thus allowing him to replicate 16 again!
> 'oh it was just a last-minute shift in 2016'
that’s precisely the sentiment nov 3 disproved tho
not saying i’m any less guilty of falling into that trap myself
but in the future atlas will need way more independent thinkers
Oh God ... don't get me started on Florida.
I'm pissed at this state, and especially the Hispanic community that fell for the "The US will be a Socialist nation like you home country" BS.
Naïve people. They come here with massive freedoms compared to their home, and yet believe in crap that the US would become like theirs, is ridiculous.
I obviously blame the Creeps that spread this garbage in their communities, but still, they should know better than to fall for that crap.

Anyway the answer to your poll is Yes.
