Democrats Need to Split California ASAP into 4 new Blue States

As a former California resident, I oppose splitting states purely for political expedience, but even if I were to grant it for the sake of the argument, splitting into Norcal and Socal are better than splitting it into four. I find it nearly impossible to draw four states that will all reliably vote democratic for generations.
