Had to stop reading here. Quite biased.

Basically, "Dems have power, but it's still not their fault." When things went downhill under Trump during Covid in 2020, Dems flocked to the idea that Trump is directly to blame, in spite of Dems' control of Senate and House

Of course, Biden and the Democrats are not really “in charge,” since the GOP controls the House, and Senate Republicans can block legislation by filibustering. Earlier this year, Republicans blocked a major legislative initiative on the southern border just to keep the issue alive for the next election.

He's correctly pointing out a salient factor in this (or any) election, which is that voters have a tendency to blame the party in power, in this case Biden and Democrats, for some things that are beyond their control, and this is likely to affect their votes.  This is observation, not bias.
