Define "known". Apparently I was held by one of my great-grandmothers as a baby born in the 1800s but she also died when I was 2 and I have no memory of her.

Oddly, the same is true for me.  There is a photo of one of my great-grandmothers holding me as a baby.  She was born in 1874 and died when I was 1 or 2.

However, I knew one of my other great-grandmothers well; we lived quite close to her when I was a kid.  She was born in 1889 and died when I was a teenager.
