Based on current trends I guess that 60-70.000 votes will be cast at the State Fair.

That would be ca. 1/3 of the expected caucus turnout next year ...

So, should be pretty indicative of the eventual results (obviously, not all Fair visitors are from Iowa and I'm still not sure if kids can vote or not).

Kids can vote.  Gillibrand's son trolled her by nearly voting his kernel for Warren. Smiley

Hopefully Saint Bernard does as well as in this poll and then drops out, ending his cult.

We will never submit to Biden. I'd rather vote for Hillary than him.

How many electoral votes does Belgium have?

Just think, if Jimmy Carter came out of retirement and ran again with Pete as his running mate, they would be Peanut/Butti.

(I'll get my coat...)

You guys are aware this "poll" is such a joke it even allows children and non-Iowa residents to vote?

Yes.  We read the whole thread, where it's been discussed multiple times.

I have not seen a clear source so far that kids are allowed to vote in the 2 straw polls ...

That’s not a „clear source“.

It’s not clear if it was „his“ vote, or just the kernel of his mum that he cast for her.

It's not definitive, but the DMR article about Gillibrand's son says nothing about it being her kernel, and the wording (at least to me) implies that it was his own:

Quote
Before the presidential hopeful spoke at The Des Moines Register Political Soapbox on Saturday, she stopped by WHO-TV's Cast Your Kernel contest, a casual way fairgoers show support for the candidate of their choice by placing a kernel of corn in a jar labeled with the candidate's name.

Henry, age 11, wavered over to Warren's jar and teasingly contemplated casting a vote for the U.S. senator from Massachusetts.

Gillibrand gently moved Henry's hand up toward her own jar, where he eventually dropped his kernel and said, "She's pretty good. I'll vote for her."

Every time I get on this forum I get excited because I see a new post in the primary polls tab, thinking it's a new qualifying poll, only to face inevitable disappointment and annoyance to see it's *ANOTHER* comment on a now 8 page long conversation about an unscientific corn kernel poll.

Things are slow right now.  The kernel poll has been about the only thing to talk about.
