Interesting...Politico has Abrams leading 5282-4660, but the Georgia SoS site has it at 6581-2809.

Why is nothing yet available from GA-06 or GA-07.

Because there is a time warp centered on the city of Atlanta.  The closer you are to it, the slower the counting goes.
