Would someone want to see an ice age version of it involving large mammals that don’t exist anymore??? The logo of this park would of course be the wooly mammoth. They get the animals by having related living animals give birth to these creature. If they can bring back Dinos from the dead, having hairy elephants should be a cakewalk.

Prehistoric mammals are nowhere near as marketable or exciting as dinosaurs. Anyway the 'Jurassic Park' franchise never caught lightning in a bottle again after the first one, and something like this would fail just as much, perhaps even more.

Instead watch Adult Swim's 'Primal.' It's an animated action/fantasy/horror television show made by Genndy Tartakovsky about a neanderthal and a T-Rex teaming up to survive after tragedy befalls them both, all done with no dialogue. It'll scratch the itch of this proposed idea. It's an excellent show.
Cave people have their appeal and giant, hairier, big toothed versions of living animals also have an appeal and easily are the next best selling group of prehistoric animals.  Of course Plestiocene Park has Neanderthals, literally.
