Almost certainly.

One of the reasons why his assassination was a bad thing (besides being, y'know, murder) is that if his presidency died a natural death, so to speak, he'd be judged in a much more sober way instead of the weird and probably undeserved veneration he gets today.
He might be seen more poorly over time for the same reasons as Clinton.
