As Goldwater. Lost the popular vote by 55.9%-44.1%. Managed to win something in essentially every region of the country, so that might keep the right-wing of the party in the game in 1968.

Decided I'd give the "Peace with Honor" 1972 mod a try. As Nixon, I elected to dump Spiro Agnew in favor of John Connally but then admitted that the Watergate burglars worked for the White House while denying any knowledge and had to go through the secret bombing of Cambodia being revealed and despite peace talks being announced late Nixon ended up losing by a fairly significant amount (sweeping the South but not doing particularly well in the Midwest {barely hanging on to Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Nebraska and Virginia})

There are about 40 different possible endings and eight different Democratic candidates on that mod.

Yes. I played through the first three questions yesterday or the day before. At some point I'll play through it in its entirety. Apparently there are around 40 different endings and six different possible Democratic nominees, so it will definitely be very re-playable.

There's a New Jersey 2013 Gubernatorial mod...but it has a major twist.
