My  Other choice is:  McCain/Jeb Bush.  

All other Republicans lack name recognition, significant accomplishments, a strong fund rainsing network, and an ability to bring in swing voters.
Luckily, the Democrats have just as few good candidates, with only Hillary having name recoginition and money.
