Without reading the whole Wiki article, who pays for the education that's required?

That and how it's what, people ages 12 to 35 we're going let in under this? And how exactly are these people going to verify they were here anyway? I'd be less opposed to this if every time we granted some kind of 'conditional amnesty' plan we weren't back where we started in terms of migrants except worse off. The only argument I really see in favor here is that a lot of these people do in fact pay taxes...

Although maybe I could live with a huge amnesty plan if it pissed off enough people and got us to impose a moratorium as we processed everyone and actually started enforcing our laws, but that's a big if.
