Hasn't it been confirmed Heath raped boys? So I guess Major.

These claims have been discredited, with the source of the investigation, the fantasist Carl Beech, having been imprisoned last year for perverting the course of justice and child sex offences himself. They were tied in with ‘satanic panic’ allegations.
