(IN)

Biden has an outside chance of winning Indiana (unlikely but still possible)

Watch out for these counties/regions:

Hamilton

Northwest Indiana (Lake, Portage, LaPorte)* (*7:00pm)

Other Counties in Midsized Cities

1.     Allen
2.   St. Joseph
3.   Tippecanoe
4.   (Vigo)
5.   Vanderburgh* (*7:00pm)
6.   Madison
7.   Delaware

Suburbs of Louisville and Cincinnati??

1.   Floyd and Scott (Louisville)
2.   Dearborn (Cincinnati)

Turnout in Marion County needs to be large for Biden to have an outside chance of winning

(KY)

What to watch for:

•   Northern Kentucky
o   Boone
o   Kenton
o   Campbell

•   Biden would need to Flip these counties (Counties that Trump won in 2016)
o   Duval
o   Pinellas
   Flipped from blue to red from 2012 to 2016
o   Seminole
o   Monroe

o   Miami-Dade
o   Hillsborough
o   Orange
o   Broward
o   Palm Beach

(GA)

•   Red Counties in Metro Atlanta
o   Forsyth
o   Cherokee
o   Fayette
o   Peach
•   Mid-size cities
o   Chatham
o   Bibb
o   Muscogee
o   Clarke
o   Richmond and Columbia

(NH)

7:30 poll closing

Places to watch

(OH)

•   Flip:
o   Montgomery
o   Wood
o   Ottawa
o   Sandusky
•   Better turnout for Biden in the rustic northeastern counties
o   Trumbull (flip)
o   Mahoning
o   Ashtabula (flip)
o   Lorain
o   Stark (flip)
•   HIGHER TURNOUT FOR BIDEN in:
o   Cuyahoga
o   Summit
o   Franklin
o   Hamilton
o   Lucas
•   Shave off margins in the suburbs of Cincinnati
o   Butler
o   Warren
o   Clermont
•   Would be good if Biden increased in rural regions

(WV)

•   If there is a sharp decline in vote share for Trump, that would be a good sign for Biden
•   If Biden wins even 1 county that would be at least a decent result
•   Look out for the following counties:
o   Monongalia (Morgantown; north WV)
o   Kanawha (Charleston; middle WV)
o   Jefferson (Charles Town; Eastern Panhandle)
o   Cabell (Huntington; western WV)
o   Ohio (Wheeling; northern panhandle
o   Anywhere in Coal Country (Raleigh, Mingo, Logan counties)
