My most "I can see both sides of the argument" may be universal basic income and the Holy Land dispute.

My most "Why are people passionate about this" seems to be trade.

If we go to moral vs. practical I think we have abortion, civil marriage, sin taxes, probably prostitution, in a warped way labour unions...

There is also the question of the legal status of drugs but I don't know to which category it belongs.
