Representative. Abhor to collect money, and Senate race usually requires much more.

But if you are Senator you have a much longer time between an election and the other during which you don't need to collect money. Something like four years versus some months.

Senator, assuming that I get to actually give the POTUS some ADVICE about who to appoint to the Supreme Court (that's part of ADVISE and CONSENT, right?).

Not only the Supreme Court!
There's also Circuit Courts, District Courts, Cabinet members, Ambassadors...
