I have been in 17 regions out of 20, all but Abruzzo, Molise and Apulia.
However I don't think I ever seriously stopped in Basilicata, and I have only vague memories of a couple others.

Updating this even though the thread has been merged with one that specifically says "US counties".

I have since been to Abruzzo and Molise and visited again (after one time when I was five or six) Umbria and Marche. So it's now 19 out of 20 being generous to Basilicata.
