I see this as a sign Bernie's considering primarying Biden/Harris in 2024, or at least keeping the door open to such a campaign.

Bernie already indicated that he's not going to run again. I can easily see AOC or someone aligned with her run. Cori Bush seems like a likely contender if AOC retires from politics, which she has hinted she might.
