Trump looks decently healthy at first glance, until you remember his eating habits.
He's not massively ugly in appearance terms though.

Both of his parents lived a very long time, so possibly, but they were not obese at any point to my knowledge. Fred Trump Sr. had Alzheimer's, but that was about 10 years later in life than Donald is now. I'd be surprised if Trump doesn't live into his early to mid 80s, but what he has to worry about is his lifestyle catching up to him in a way that makes political life very difficult. His mobility and stamina are more likely to go in the immediate future than his life itself.
