Not really a "delay" as the primary is still set for May 19, but Idaho's primary is now mail only.

It amazes me how all of these "liberal" ideas that would never pass in a million years in a state like Idaho are instantly pushed without debate during an emergency.
Idaho already had absentee voting by mail without cause, and three neighboring states are all mail voting states. It is more of a western idea.


Yeah, vote-by-mail really isn't a "liberal" idea. I'd say it's more quasi-libertarian: it let's you vote when you want and how you want, and let's you access whatever information you need to make an informed decision.
