The last 4 items on that list should be extremely restricted to only a small segment of society (mainly restricted by profession).   Therefore, a de facto ban.

The others should be completely legalized.   Yes, even that weirdo Mormon marriage.  

Polygamy was actually a hugely popular debate topic in college during my 2 Speech and Debate classes (probably because Mittens was the GOP candidate for president at the time, so it sort of just seeped into the collective consciousness).

And even though my classmates were 70% female and 80% liberal, we pretty much all agreed beforehand:  polygamy is freakin' weird as hell, I would never partake in such a thing, but as long as all parties are consenting adults, it should be legalized.    It was hard finding volunteers willing to debate against it.
