I know that it does cost a considerable amount for kids in Kenya to be educated - a lot end up dropping out pretty early due to finances, which is unfortunate.

OK - I know it's trademark Bushie and all, but why hasn't there been a serious discussion for a while now about the mustache? It's certainly not a good way to get the ladies (Where's The Professor to back me up on something when I need him??).

How is it hard to find a good stopping point on BBAD? It's just the live feeds...

Who's your favorite this season? I like Elyssa.

Add Target to the application list.  I'm going to stop there for the night as I've got a somewhat busy evening.  I have to go over to my cousin's to prepare for Vacation Bible School next week.
No need to visit. Pretty sure they make you do the application online. That's true of a lot of places lately. There's usually a little self-service computer kiosk for those who choose to do the application in store, but it's no different than doing it from home.

I did both applications online.
I would recommend calling Human Resources there, just asking if they received your application and express continued interest. I interned for a while in an HR department last summer, and anytime there was an opening, the first people we called were almost always the ones who had done a follow-up after applying. If you don't want to do one over the phone, even an e-mail would be good. You have plenty of bright minds on here who could help you with it.

If it is the Target in Midwest City (appears to be closest to you), the phone number is  (405) 455-4000. I can help you write up a transcript on what to say if you'd like. It may seem weird to do, but I can guarantee that the person on the other end will be grateful you took the time to call and show you were serious about the job. Places like that get young thugs and hooligans applying all the time - this is a good way to separate yourself from them.

I know at K-Mart, they just require that you're available to work Saturday OR Sunday - I noticed when applying for places around here that a lot don't require complete weekend availability, and I'm sure it's because they recognize a lot of people in this area are religious. I'm sure it's the same way down in Oklahoma.

Your faith is the most important thing about you - while some people are OK working on Sundays, some aren't, and I completely understand their reasoning for feeling that way. Personally, I also requested Sunday mornings off for church (though I did let myself be available in the evenings).

You could apply at McDonalds? Not only do they offer competitive wages and a significant discount on food, but you also get a free uniform.
