This will run for 3 days. After 3 days, the winners will be revealed, and we'll move on to the "Elite 8".

Had to do a lot of tiebreaking, and it resulted in some interesting pairings. Most people on this list had two's; a couple others as well.

You have 8 voting options.

Pairings (in case anyone isn't familiar)
1 vs. 16
2 vs. 15
3 vs. 14
4 vs. 13
5 vs. 12
6 vs. 11
7 vs. 10
8 vs. 9

Man, why did you have to make me choose between Angus and Mecha?
Tongue

The hardest one for me was Torie vs. Afleitch - two great people.

Round 1 has ended.

Results:

#1 Al: 80%
#16 Opebo: 20%

#8 Joe Republic: 70%
#9 Benconstine: 30%

#5 Pit: 61%
#12 BRTD: 39%

#4 Ernest: 88%
#13 Snowstalker: 12%

#6 Jmfcst: 26%
#11 Tmthforu94: 74% - UPSET

#3 Angus: 58%
#14 Mechaman: 42%

#7 Gramps: 73%
#10 Realisticidealist: 27%

#2 Torie: 67%
#15 Afleitch: 33%

Al, Joe Republic, PiT, Ernest, Tmthforu94, Angus, Gramps, and Torie have advanced. Looks like seedings were pretty spot-on with only one lower seed winning.

Round two will open up tomorrow.

#6 Jmfcst: 26%
#11 Tmthforu94: 74% - UPSET

If I were organizing this competition, I'd select the weakest opponent against myself too Tongue
Jmfcst actually had more votes than myself and many others on the list. He's actually lower than everyone else who received the same amount of votes.

I did this in a random draw. If you're not going to trust that, you don't have to take part in this. If I were rigging this, I wouldn't have set myself up against one of the best members of this site in the second round.

Something wrong out there. Tongue
Oh, I figured this out. Dur Dur Dur...people voted for both of them, instead of choosing just one, which lowered the number of votes in other match-ups.
