6 Dems voted yea: Landrieu (D-LA) Lieberman (D-CT) Nelson (D-FL) Nelson (D-NE) Pryor (D-AR) Salazar (D-CO) and 1 Rep didn't vote.
I was surprised by nays from Clinton and Bingaman. I'm happy Salazar came through, though.
Bingaman is actually way more liberal than he lets on during his re-election campaigns. However, as long as the NM Reps continue to be disorganized and internally riven, he'll keep winning.
