Socially conservative white surbanites don't vote Democrat anywhere as far as I know, and definitely not on the West Coast.
Anyway, this is impossible to guess so I would prefer the thread starter just tell us. 
True, but I think Winfield was trying to suggest the white suburban vote and saying the conserative part to show why more states were GOP. Then again its Winfield so who really knows what he was trying to suggest. Either way the suburban vote, the white conservative suburban vote or whatever makes no sense.
