This used to be how things were done for years. Only recently was it moved to 3 from 5, where it had been for eons.

I am not here to support anything that would harm the ability of third parties to exist. On the contrary for instance I have long defended the right of single member parties to exist and for people to retain the registration of their choice and not have it be altered by the latest simple majority swayed by discord minions.

As for the idea of a separate list, there used to be such back in the day, though I would note note that prior to Adam, Google Docs were never used to my knowledge and it was displayed using the chart format on the Atlas itself. Some RG's did maintain lists breaking down by small and single member parties.

I am concerned about what happens in the House if we go to six, so NAY.

The vote is closed, I will come back this to post the totals when I know the actual amendment number (basically after I get down the list of threads on the noticeboard).

So what now?

I am somewhat concerned about where we stand now in terms of House passage.

You don't believe the bill in its current form will pass the House? What are your concerns?

Well the only Representative who has said anything has said he would go no higher than four and we just went to six. I mean of course they can always amend it, I just don't want this getting stuck in an infinite loop of death and get voted down.

I would suggest some kind of dialogue with the House members.

So we have 4, 5 and 7 as positions supported on the House side so far?

Nay

While I think that we probably should raise it some, and a formula might be the best way to go, I am concerned that that six might be too high and I find it likely that the House will reduce it from this level based on the feedback so far anyway.

This vote ends in about three hours.

I’ll open a principle vote on this matter when this gets to the House in order to reduce the odds of this failing for stupid reasons.

Probably a good move.
