Update: Peebs has just informed me that she will be using the Paul Lockett STV calculator to determine the chamber winners.  Therefore, you can disregard the 'elected' and 'elim' columns in my spreadsheet.

Since counting methods always seem to cause controversy for these sorts of elections, there are two important points to make about Paul Lockett's calculator.

1) The quota can be a fraction, as it is rounded up to two decimal places. The formula used by PL is totalvotes/(seats+1), while the typical formula is 1+floor(totalvotes/(seats+1)). This means that the current quota is 3.00, rather than 4.

2) Only one candidate is elected at a time, starting at the person with the highest votes. This is in contrast to the standard practice of electing everyone who meets or exceeds the quota on the first round, and reallocating afterwards.

I must say this change in method makes absolutely no sense and will only serve to confuse people since that is not the way that the House is calculated.

Relative to say Kentucky politics, sure.

But in general no. This is a nice meme, but we are a big tent center-right party. The conservative members are less engaged, but they are there. Your election, and Classics, should demonstrate that.
