Remaning NeoCons in the House and Senate?

They don't have a bright future because their vote won't come back.

All NeoCon voters have been Democrats for 10 years now, and are almost exclusively disillusioned old aged republicans, a mirror image of old aged disillusioned democrats.

Which is natural, as people age they become bitter and disappointed with their earlier beliefs and flip.

This seems too long, certainly neocons voted R in 2014 and 2016 downballot. I doubt there was any major loyalty changes to Dems until after 2018.
