I would rather see what the court has to say first. I'm not exactly sure whether a runoff would be tremendously healthy for the game, as turnout would be pretty depressed from its record level a week ago. That said, where are all the court cases? Isn't there a time limit for when they can be presented?

     I'm still trying to figure out how much of a case there is to be made. The statute of limitations expires in about three days.

I voted yes, but in retrospect I agree with Purple State.  We need a court ruling.

PiT- you're kidding us, right?  You're still wondering how much of a case there is?  There are at least three or four legal questions in this election, and I think Earl made his rulings with the expectation that it would be challenged.

     Some questions seem bigger than others after a close examination of the law. I wanted to see what seemed most quantifiable as an error on Earl's part.
