Three reasons Warren is totally unelectable.
1 - her senate result she performed terribly in republican areas in Massachusetts. Democrats out performed her in same districts across massachusetts. She will be disaster with uneducated voters. In places she underperformed are the same places a democrat needs to win in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Virginia, Ohio, Florida, Nevada and Colorado.
2 - her Massachusetts history is an anchor on any democratic nominee. Nobody that is democratic does well.
3 - Trump will crush her. She will do well with crazy college educated young people but to working people who are doing well won't vote for her.

These are literally all the same point: she doesn't appeal to republicans and moderates.

I disagree on that front however. Warren is quite a gifted speaker with an uncanny ability to present her ideas in an understandable way. Combined with the fact that republicans cant seem to find a decent line of attack outside of "Pocahontas" makes me think she could be quite a formidable general election candidate.

Also, I'm not to keen on using her underperformance in 2018 as an example of her lack of crossover appeal.  From what I saw, she barely campaigned at all.

Edit: She also apparently didn't buy a single campaign ad.

4- She will not get the minority turnout she needs to win

Same could be said for any of the white candidates outside of Biden. Thats why she needs to choose her vp carefully.

The Bros a getting restless on twitter.

love to deride "the bros" while supporting a candidate with a whiter and more affluent base Smiley

The same base that backed Obama over Hillary.

Elizabeth Warren was in Washington Square Park tonight with some huge turnout. Granted, its NYC so filling out a park full of liberals isnt really that hard, but its a good sign that shes exciting alot of people.

She is running circles around everyone else, especially Biden. She deserves to win, not him.

Biden beat her in their exchange in the last debate though.  She embarrassed herself by refusing to answer his question on taxes (in the week since the debate she has been getting holes poked in her on this issue) and then stood back and let Bernie take over.

Its abit of pickle she's in. Her plan would raise middle class taxes, everybody knows it. However, the context is missing. So she tries to only adress how everybody will have more money in the end. I get she doesnt want to give anybody a soundbite, but Warren sounds evasive and should just get it out there.

I find it dissapointing how unhinged many Sanders supporters have gotten in the last few weeks when it comes to Warren. My vote is still up in the air, and my primary isnt untill March. But its making it real hard to even consider voting for Sanders.

Like, in what world is Elizabeth Warren a neo-liberal right winger?

This is a great video showing why real leftists shouldn't support Warren--though I of course oppose all Democrats, I'm more opposed to her than to Sanders, Biden, or Gabbard after watching this.
