I cannot make Nevada part of a realistic winning map, unless invalidation of enough mail-in ballots produces a result like this:

You obviously didn't understand what he said.
He thanked the Supreme Court for making it almost certain that the winner of the election won't be known on Election Day, because the Supreme Court did not invalidate all extended deadlines for receiving of mail-in ballots.

That thank you was sarcastic.
