I would have to say West Virginia... this could all change in six months if Obama does a charm tour of WV with Hillary, has the UMWA take him on a tour of a local coal-mine and makes a speech about government investment into clean coal with a group of industry leaders.
Appearing at a VFW hall or two wouldn't hurt either.
Wyoming is not particularly McCain country either, and I wouldn't be surprised to see Barr pick up 1-2% of the vote from Libertarian minded voters. I suspect Obama will do better than most Democratic presidential candidates have in decades in the Southern belt of Wyoming. This is not a monolithically Republican region of the state, and Democrats frequently win statewide elections from this belt. Obama should over-perform in this region which elects change Democrats on a frequent basis.
