Voted Death Valley, in order to save either NorCal or SoCal of having to deal with his head trip....

Had the North Coast been an option, I would have voted to send him to the Emerald Triangle *Humboldt/Mendocino/Trinity) where he could smoke some decent grass, do White water rafting, learn how to camp and fish, while living in a tent in his relocation camp, and basically get over whatever bizarre trip he currently has involving California, considering that the gentleman has apparently never really spent any time whatsoever in the Golden Bear State....

As an Oregonian, I can definitely state that I am not the biggest fan of California, but yet I spent many times over the years visiting friends and family in various parts of Cali over the decades, and actually lived there for a year, so yeah--- Beet definitely needs a Chill pill on this one, so either we send him to the remote desert, or the rugged Vietnam Vet- Hippie zone of the NorthCoast as the first part of his 3 month reeducation session....

After that, we should probably have him the 2nd Part of his treatment living within the City of Angels proper, or maybe North Long Beach to acclimate him a bit further, before we move towards the 3rd Part of his Therapy treatment program, depending on the patients progress there are a variety of locations that I view as worthy of follow-up treatment locations.
