Not really a "delay" as the primary is still set for May 19, but Idaho's primary is now mail only.

Gov. Little of Idaho has effectively extended the statewide primary for Idaho (originally set May 19) to June 2. May 19 serves as the deadline to register to vote or request a ballot, but June 2 is now the deadline for ballots to be received by the county clerk and is the earliest time for results to be posted.
