absolutely zero difference, positive or negative, except one: Tony Abbott talks about it slightly less.

Honestly, there has been no difference, whatsoever, other than that the issue is fading in importance. Which is very, very welcome when all you here is 'stop the boats' and 'the carbon tax is evil'.
