democrats? what happened to your love for john edwards?

I want him to run in 2008.  It's pretty hard to get all the attention when you're only the second pick.  He actually breathed a lot of life into the campaign, and if you want to look at any tangible positive, he probably reeled in Wisconsin.  I still stand by my notion that if he were to have won the nomination, he would've defeated Bush rather easily.  He just didn't have the baggage Kerry had, and for as much as I would've loved Kerry to be President, he really couldn't make up what he was standing for.  John Edwards had a definite message, charisma, and screaming "trial lawyer" wasn't going to work for 6 months. 

And overall, my favorite thing about him is that he's a true liberal without looking like one.  Beautiful.
