The Unification Church is made up of the followers of Sun Myung Moon ("Moonies" is the insulting nickname). The Unification Church believes that Sun Myung Moon, South Korean peasant-turned-billionaire, is the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Sun Myung Moon has developed a decent-sized international following, and his main message is the replacement of the cross (which he considers a hateful symbol of Jesus' "failure") with a crown signifying his (Moon/Jesus) status as King of Kings.

Forgot to mention...Moon's been in jail 5 times in three different countries (including a North Korean gulag), and is notorious for holding mass marriage ceremonies where he would have followers of his marry complete strangers. Oh, and owns the
Washington Times and the UPI press wire.
