No idea.

I donīt think it is THOUGHT as a blueprint for a European super-state... but you never know into what it will develop.

What is a "super-state" anyway? I hear this term often in relation with the EU, but nobody ever explained it to me.

Is it supposed to be a synonym for a EU-turned-into-a-federal-state?
