This legislation may be cited as the Labor Rights Act.

Is there a particular reason this was reintroduced as a bill rather than as an amendment? The language doesn't strike me as sufficient for whatever this legislation is meant to accomplish if the goal is in fact enforcement of the freedom of public employees to organize and so on.

Oh by the way, Franco, this bill is already sponsored by the President, but if you want you can choose to co-sponsor by saying you'd like to co-sponsor.

Yes, again, the amendment failed. Since public employees fall under the purview of the government, an amendment while preferred is not necessary to achieve similar ends for those workers.

Oh, just federal public sector workers, then?
